Tried 3 of the sample bags and really liked all three. Loch Nan Bam was my favourite. Definitely preferred it black and brewed strong (I used a filter machine), though I think would be better as an espresso, and might work well as a flat white too. Really interesting flavour, not what I expected and not an overwhelming whisky flavour. Would definitely buy again!
I Tried your Unaged Cerrado beans for the first time tonight on my new ECM Synchronika and they seem to like each other! Thanks for prompt, efficient service and green credentials that are very impressive. Love your packaging.
My husband and I have not tried the barrel-aged coffee yet but we were surprised to see the size of the beans, which led us to research peaberry beans. Interesting! Happy with the regular unaged Cerrado thus far. (Made a pour-over yesterday and cafetiere today.) Looking forward to tasting the specialty beans!
